Not Everyone's a Roofing Expert — That’s What We’re Here For
We know roofing can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Whether you're wondering about materials, timelines, or what to expect, we've got answers.
Every home is unique, but in many cases, we can complete your roofing project in a single day. Have questions about your timeline? Don’t hesitate to ask — we're here to make the process clear and stress-free from start to finish.
While we aim to schedule projects within 3 to 4 weeks, some seasons are busier than others. For the most accurate and up-to-date timeline, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to provide current availability and help you plan ahead.
Not every roof needs a full replacement. From leaks to missing shingles, we handle repairs quickly and reliably to extend the life of your roof.
At B&R Fournier, we use a proven 50-year rated shingle backed by the highest-rated warranties in the industry. Expert installation and proper ventilation by our experienced team ensure your roof performs at its best.
Spring and fall are the most popular seasons for roof replacements, but that doesn’t mean winter is off the table. At B&R Fournier, we carefully monitor weather conditions to ensure your roofing project is completed safely and successfully — no matter the season.
On the day of your roof replacement, we start by delivering the dumpster and materials early in the morning. Our team will arrive between 7:00–7:30 AM to begin the project. Most roof replacements are completed in just one day.
We kindly ask that you clear your driveway of any vehicles before our arrival to make room for the dumpster and materials. Additionally, please remember to move any cars you may need to drive from your garage to avoid being blocked in.
If you're having skylights replaced or have areas with exposed roof undersides, like in an attic or garage, we recommend covering these spaces with a drop cloth to minimize dust and debris. If you need assistance with this, just let us know — we’re happy to help.
After the work is finished, we perform a final inspection to ensure everything is perfect. We then remove any excess materials and our dumpster from your property the afternoon we finish or promptly the following morning.
We always recommend replacing your skylights at the same time as your roof. Most skylights have a lifespan of around 25 years, meaning your new roof will likely outlast your old skylights.
Replacing skylights later can be more expensive and increases the risk of leaks — which can lead to costly interior damage.
Doing it all at once is the most efficient and protective choice for your home.
